We Found This Stray Puppy's Mother... She Refused to Take Him Back

We found this stray puppy wandering all alone, searching for his mother near the local market. Knowing how vulnerable he was on the street, we brought him into our home while starting an active search for his family. For Few weeks, my father checked local neighborhoods while we shared his picture across social media. During that time, this sweet puppy bonded deeply with our family, following my mother everywhere and learning to trust us. Then, a message arrived with a photo of his mother resting with another puppy nearby. We drove out immediately, believing this puppy adoption journey was about to end with a happy reunion. But when he ran up to his mother with a wagging tail, she turned away, choosing to stay with the other puppy. Seeing him stand there confused changed our decision completely.
