Kintsugi: el arte japonés de reparar cerámica rota con oro

Título original: I had the pleasure of creating a kintsugi process video for @Tatcha . In Japan, there has long been a mindset of “repairing” rather than “discarding” broken things. Rather than hiding flaws, kintsugi embraces them — finding beauty in imperfection, and honoring the passage of time. This is the essence of wabi-sabi, a uniquely Japanese aesthetic philosophy. Kintsugi is a traditional craft deeply rooted in that spirit. Personally, ever since I started practicing kintsugi, I’ve found myself taking much better care of the things I own. I’ve become more intentional about what I buy, and somehow ended up spending less on things I don’t really need 😂 It’s been a beautiful reminder that mindset can grow from experience. ーーーーー Video graphy: Chihiro Oshima Video director: Sho takeshita Video editor: Sho Takeshita Kintsugi Artist: Sho Takeshita ーーーーー 海外ブランドの「Tatcha」さんへ金継ぎの工程動画を制作する機会に恵まれました。 壊れたら”捨てる”のではなく、”直す”というのは昔から日本人が大事にしていたマインドです。傷を隠すのではなく受け入れていく、時が経過していくことを愛でてあげる、それが物も人も魅力を増していくという不完全の美学、「詫び寂び」。金継ぎはそんな日本らしい文化の根付く伝統技術です。 僕自身、大量消費社会で捨てることが当たり前になってしまっていましたが、金継ぎを始めてから前よりも”大事に物を使う”という意識が増してきています。結果的に本当に欲しい物を買おうとなり無駄な散財も減った気が笑。体験からマインドが育つというのも素敵だなあと思いました。 #kintsugi #kintsugiart #kintsukuroi #金継ぎ #金繕い
